Finding Confidence, Community, and a New Way to Lead in The Accelerator

There’s a moment many women reach where everything looks “good” on paper and yet you’re stuck wanting more.

Not more hustling or doing, but more alignment, peace, and fulfillment.

That’s where Heather Masse was when she joined Habituelle’s group coaching program.

Heather is the founder of Phlow & Phloral and Phlame Candles, and one of the hearts behind Philly River Flow, a movement bringing accessible yoga and wellness to the Philadelphia community. She was already leading and creating, but she craved deeper connection, stronger inner grounding, and a community of women she could truly learn from and grow alongside.

She Was Searching For…

Heather told me she was searching for:

  • A stronger sense of belonging
  • Mentorship and leadership connection
  • More confidence in her voice and vision
  • A space where she didn’t have to carry it all alone

Something Powerful Happened

Something powerful happened when she gave herself permission to step into that space.

Today, Heather describes her leadership as more defined. Her voice is stronger and her belief is steadier. She trusts her instincts. She pauses before responding—in business, in relationships, in life—and leading from that space has changed everything.

She’s set clearer boundaries around her time and energy. She says no when something doesn’t align. She leads from calm instead of urgency.

The Results Speak for Themselves

Since joining:

  • She’s launched three new collaborations with Phlame Candles
  • Philly River Flow surpassed 2,000 organic followers in just over a year
  • She’s hosted milestone events with 70+ attendees
  • She’s expanded her brand into Wellness at Work, bringing yoga into offices
  • She’s leaned fully into her creative gifts, including floral installations and experiential events

In Heather’s Words

When I asked Heather what mattered most, she said:

“Leadership now works with me, not against me. I’m not alone in the questions, the self-doubt, or the hard days. I trust myself in new ways and knowing I have this community means everything.”

Heather is clear about one thing: this work asks you to be open, honest, and vulnerable. If you’re willing to commit to yourself in this way, it can change how you lead, live, and show up for the people and communities you care about most.
