That’s where Heather Masse was when she joined Habituelle’s group coaching program.
Heather is the founder of Phlow & Phloral and Phlame Candles, and one of the hearts behind Philly River Flow, a movement bringing accessible yoga and wellness to the Philadelphia community. She was already leading and creating, but she craved deeper connection, stronger inner grounding, and a community of women she could truly learn from and grow alongside.

- She’s hosted milestone events with 70+ attendees
- She’s expanded her brand into Wellness at Work, bringing yoga into offices
- She’s leaned fully into her creative gifts, including floral installations and experiential events
