When Julie Read decided to join The Accelerator, she wasn’t looking for another business program.
She was looking for a community.
As an EOS Implementer, Julie wanted to surround herself with women who understood what it felt like to build a business. Even if they worked in different industries, she wanted to learn alongside women navigating similar challenges. As she entered this new chapter, she was also looking for support that would help her shift from scarcity to abundance while building confidence in sales, business development, and taking action even when fear was present.
Learning to Move Forward Despite Fear
What she found was far more than strategy.
Through The Accelerator, Julie learned that fear didn’t have to disappear before she moved forward. Instead, she began treating fear as information rather than a stop sign. Today, she trusts herself to define what she’s feeling, understand it, and take the next step anyway.
Discovering the Power of Community
Just as importantly, she realized she no longer had to build her business alone.
Instead of carrying every challenge herself, Julie now leans into a circle of women who genuinely want to see her succeed. She asks questions more freely, seeks perspective when doubt creeps in, and draws confidence from the collective wisdom of the group. The next step no longer feels quite so overwhelming because she knows she has people beside her.
A Different Way of Showing Up
Perhaps the biggest transformation wasn’t a single milestone, it was how Julie now shows up.
She no longer waits until she feels fearless before taking action. She asks for help, trusts herself more deeply, and knows she doesn’t have to build her business alone. That confidence has changed the way she approaches opportunities, challenges, and the future she’s creating.
In Julie’s Words
When asked what she would tell another woman considering The Accelerator, her answer was simple:
“Trust your gut. The information and the supportive group are 100% worth it. Jessi does what she says and shows up in a generous and intentional way. She truly wants everyone in the group to get exactly what they need.”
Building More Than a Business
This is what The Accelerator is designed to do.
Not just help women build businesses or become stronger leaders, but help them build the confidence, relationships, and support systems that make sustainable growth possible.
